We have been doing it for many years, with the baby boomers aging and family members trying to manage their parents or loved one’s house while not living in the area.
Managed Care Management has been developed to keep you or your parents in their home and to simplify your and their life. Stay in your home if possible and bypass the expensive assisted living community. We will coordinate house cleaning, plowing, snow roof cleaning, sidewalk shoveling and landscatping. We are on call 24 hours for heating and septic emergencies. We have good relationships with local licensed contractors to schedule home maintenance while you travel south for the winter. Winter and summer projects include house painting, floors sanded, rugs cleaned, fllen trees, and fall and spring yard cleanup. No job too small!
We are bonded-licensed realtors, notary and JOP, so we can rent or sell your property when you are ready.
